SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL- Atlanta Falcons at Philadelphia Eagles
2nd week of Monday Night Football
We have the Atlanta Falcons (0-1) headed to the Philadelphia Eagles(1-0) at Lincoln Financial Field. The Falcons are coming off an 18-10 loss last week at home to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Eagles are coming off a win in Sao Paulo, Brazil against the Green Bay Packers, winning 34-29
The Falcons did not look good from an offensive standpoint. 10 points in 4 quarters was just not enough, as well as the impact of Kirk Cousins was limited. Cousins, coming off an ACL tear last season, did not look very mobile in a ferocious Steelers defense. The Falcons should look to lean on Bijan Robinson and the run game if they want to have a chance tonight.
The Philadelphia Eagles are looking to start 2-0 with their first home game of the year. The Eagles have won the last 4 out of 5 against the Falcons, and are looking to dominate once again. Look for Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley to be game-changers. The Eagles’ defense, with the loud fans in Philly, should have a field day with a bad Falcons offense.
Pick of the Game:
