Ten Thoughts on CFB 25 Week 3

1. UCLA and Virginia Tech start out 0-3, and now both are looking for new Head Coaches. Brutal start for those programs

2. Offense is the name of the game anymore: See Georgia over Tennessee 44-41, Texas A&M over Notre Dame 41-40 and Ole Miss 41-35 over Arkansas

3. Jump on that Vandy hype train now, as the Fighting Diegos are rolling, with a huge win over South Carolina

4. Dabo is feeling some heat after a 1-2 start and the loss to Georgia Tech. At one point, he was destined for Alabama, but not so much anymore as the Clemson program has plateaued

5. Offense is flying high, but running the ball is still very important. See Illinois, Ohio State and Michigan with big rushing totals
6. Texas Tech is rolling in the Big 12 while Kansas State is searching for answers after a 1-3 start

7. Miami dominated South Florida and remains a strong contender for the playoffs and Beck is a Heisman candidate

8. LSU has an elite defense – do they have an elite offense? Still a work in progress, but they remain undefeated after finishing off Florida (DJ Lagway was not good)
9. Arch Manning was booed at home against UTEP – can he turn it around, and fast?
10. Tennessee did almost everything it needed to win, and still came up short against Georgia. This might be a playoff rematch.
